The Software Statement ID is a unique identifier issued by the OBIE that identifies your application; it's like a primary key. We use this to find information specific to your application. It is safe to share your Software Statement with your team and our support staff as it is just like an address to you application.
Where can I obtain my Software Statement ID
You can obtain your Software statement ID from a number of place but the most obvious and best place is from the OBIE Development or Production directories (depending on which environment/application you are currently working with.
