We aim to provide answer your support questions as quickly as possible and in most occasions we will need two key pieces of information from you: the Application Key and Tracing ID. We wont need them for all your queries but if you have to hand when you contact us requesting support it will most likely result in us addressing your issue more quickly.
What is an Application Key
The Application Key is the unique identifier that identifies your application; it's like a primary key. We use this to find information specific to your application. It is safe to share your Application Key with your team and our support staff but DO NOT share your Application Secret.

What is an tracingId
Every single transaction that your application initiates with our API can be identified by a unique id known as the tracingId. This tracingId is created the moment you hit any of our endpoints and persists throughout the lifecycle of the transaction.
